Landing a new job isn't just about having the right skills — it's about knowing how to show them. In four weeks, you'll walk away with a sharper resume, a stronger LinkedIn, and the confidence to talk about what you bring to the table. All free. All practical. All focused on getting you hired.

And because we know that showing up — even for something free — takes real commitment, every participant receives a $200 stipend. No conditions. Just support.

 

$200 Participant Stipend We know life doesn't pause while you're job searching. Childcare, transportation, bills — it all keeps coming. That's why every JSA participant receives $200 to help cover what it takes to show up. You'll receive it at the start of the program, no strings attached. It's our way of investing in you from Day 1.

Program Details

  • Cohort Dates: May 18 - June 10

  • Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 6pm - 8pm Mountain Time

  • Format: Virtual 

  • Registration Deadline: May 11 at 1pm Mountain Time

  • Required Open House Date: May 12, 7pm - 8pm Mountain Time

In four weeks, we'll cover what actually moves the needle:

  • Talking about yourself with confidence — how to articulate your skills and experience so employers pay attention
  • A resume and cover letter that stand out — clear, compelling, and tailored to the roles you want
  • A LinkedIn profile that works for you — built for visibility and the right connections
  • Interview skills that hold up under pressure — how to show up prepared, professional, and like yourself
To be eligible, you must be a Colorado resident and SNAP recipient. This is for you if you're actively job searching or planning to be soon; you want practical tools; and you're ready to put in the work for 4 weeks.
